  2. Decentralized Room Service<\/strong>– Large hotels decentralize their room service by having separate kitchens on different floors. Filling guests\u2019 orders from a pantry on or near their floor speeds up serving times. It also helps to improve food quality.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
